If the sunshade is broken or damaged, please send us images so we can understand the issue. Once confirmed, we are very willing to send a replacement free of charge. To prevent the sunshade from falling off, ensure the sun visor is in the down position and attach the velcro around the rearview mirror.

The KUST Windshield Sunshade is designed to make your car cooler. Please note that it should only be used when the car is parked. Ensure that the silver side is facing outward, and the black side is inward.
